No. Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) can purchase from licensed retail dispensaries. No residency required.

Both Flyhi locations are open from 9 am – 9:45 pm 7 days per week.

No returns except damaged or defective products. All returns must have packaging and sales receipt from purchase, and be made within 10 days of the purchase. Please call our management team at the store with questions or concerns at 303-534-6255. Thank you for shopping with us!

A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21+. Passports work great for tourists. No one under 21 may enter the restricted sales area (most stores have a 21+ only policy).

Prices are shown on our menu which is updated daily on our website. We accept cash only and also have an ATM on site which also charges a fee.

Yes, you are only allowed per Colorado law to purchase up to one ounce of usable cannabis per day.  Or a combination of products that are not to exceed a 28g flower equivalent.

– Up to **1 ounce (28 grams)** of flower/bud

– Up to **8 grams** of concentrates (wax, shatter, live resin, etc.)

– Up to **800 mg** THC in edibles/infused products

– Up to **1 ounce** equivalent if mixing product types  

Only on **private property** with the explicit permission of the owner.  

This includes:

– A private residence (friend’s house, Airbnb/VRBO that allows it)

– Some cannabis-friendly hotels, 420-friendly rentals, or private event spaces

– Licensed cannabis hospitality lounges or consumption buses/tours (available in Denver and a few other cities)  

**Illegal everywhere else**, including:

– Hotels rooms (most ban it — always ask first)

– Public parks, streets, sidewalks, trails, ski resorts, concert venues, Red Rocks, national parks/forests, federal land

– Balconies or patios visible to the public

– Inside your rental car or any vehicle

Yes, but it must be sealed, unopened, and out of reach (preferably in the trunk — same as open-container alcohol laws).  

**Never drive impaired** — Colorado has a 5 ng/mL THC blood limit for DUI (permissible inference of impairment).

**No.** TSA prohibits it, and crossing state lines is a federal felony even if both states have legal cannabis. Leave it in Colorado or consume it here.
