Terms of Service / Legal Notice

Flyhi LLC (“Flyhi,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) owns and operates flyhi.com and any other website or mobile application where these Terms of Service are posted (collectively, the “Sites”) and all related services (collectively with the Sites, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may appear on the Services (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Services

The Services provide information about Flyhi products and offerings and may allow you to place orders where permitted by law. All content is for informational purposes only. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

2. License

Flyhi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with this Agreement. Flyhi may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services except user-generated content is owned by Flyhi or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Age & Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for persons 21 years of age or older residing in jurisdictions where cannabis-related activities are legal.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at privacy@flyhi.com.

6. Sales & Payment Terms

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We may refuse or cancel any order at any time.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content, you grant Flyhi a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it. We may remove any content at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, post harmful content, use automation tools, or interfere with the Services. We may terminate access for violations.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyhi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Flyhi from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by California law. You submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to the Agreement

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
